Altour International have used ABT for
the supply and service of photocopying
equipment since October 1999 when we
purchased a Canon NP 6028 black and
white
photocopier. ABT still provide service
on this machine even though it over 9
years old, we are very happy with the
level of service which we have received
on this machine. In one instance we
placed a breakdown call and ABT
responded within 15 minutes.
In March 2008 we leased a new Ricoh
Aficio MPC4500 multifunction colour
device to be the main machine which the
office uses to copy, print and scan in
colour, this machine is performing to
all expectations and we are very happy
to recommend ABT for the supply and
service of Ricoh and Canon office
equipment.

Re: ABT
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to confirm that EKA Services Ltd
have used ABT for the supply and service
of our photocopiers since the 8th of
October 1997. We had initially been
contacted by Vincent Woodall of ABT some
two years earlier when he approached
this company claiming to be able to
reduce our photocopying costs
dramatically whilst at the same time
improving the specification of the
equipment we were using and improving
our service levels. This would have
seemed too good to be true to anyone,
but almost two years later, following a
further two or three telephone calls
from ABT, we decided to investigate the
matter further.
We were very pleasantly surprised, if
not shocked, to discover that we could,
and did, lower our costs at that time
from some £18,800 plus V.a.t. per
quarter, to approximately £9,800 plus
V.a.t. per quarter. Being a family run
stationery business, commercial print
and copy shop as well as selling artists
materials, we produce high volumes of
copies for our customers and hence our
high photocopying costs. We initially
took two Canon full colour photocopiers
and two black and white Canon
photocopiers from ABT. Over the years,
we have changed machines a few times,
and have continued to enjoy low costs
compared to our previous supplier and we
now have three Canon machines, one full
colour and two black and white machines.
I would have no hesitation in
recommending ABT for the supply and
service of Canon photocopiers. The
service we receive is first class and we
receive a consistent maximum four hour
response time even though we are not in
Central London, where this might be the
norm, but rather we are situated in
Hampton Court Parade, which is in East
Molesey in Surrey.

installed recently is performing to
expectations so far and we are very
happy with it. Supplies requested are
arriving promptly and, having spoken to
your office and service department, I
feel confident that should the need
arise necessary assistance will be there
for us.
In the past we have always dealt with
the manufacturers and we thought long
and hard before choosing your firm. The
clincher was the fact that you started
negotiations with a reasonable price on
the table, while the ‘Big Boys’ came in
with silly prices. Eventually we got
them to match your terms but it left an
unpleasant taste.

would have no hesitation in recommending

To Whom It May Concern
Future events News service has worked
with ABT for many years and has found
their advice and recommendations on
office equipment and contract options
exemplary. This is followed up by
excellent support with engineers
offering advice over the telephone or
visiting the premises as appropriate.
The engineers are timely, most arriving
within hours, knowledgeable and
pleasant. The directors of FENS have no
issue in recommending ABT’s services to
all.
